We get it—sometimes things just don’t vibe the way you hoped. No worries! If your La Dada item isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it stress-free:

RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). No drama, no stress.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, make sure:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • It’s sent back with the original packaging

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to keep your return safe on its way back to us.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll give you a heads-up via email.

  2. If everything checks out, we’ll refund:

    • The full cost of the returned garment

    • Plus the original shipping cost from your order 

  3. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
